1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Norvo at https://norvo.pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Erik Kubica NetLime, ICO: 48124125, Pri starej poste 646/59, 94352 Muzla, Slovakia ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Norvo is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that uses artificial intelligence to convert vague product ideas into structured, AI-ready project documentation. Users interact with the Service through a chat-based interface, answer clarification questions posed by the AI, and receive a downloadable bundle of Markdown documentation files suitable for use with AI coding assistants. Generated documents may include product requirement documents, API specifications, tech stack recommendations, database schemas, and development task breakdowns.

3. Account Responsibilities

To use the Service you must register an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Use only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or other restrictions is prohibited.
• Notify us immediately at erik.kubica@gmail.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

The Service is offered on the following basis:

• Free tier: A limited free tier is available with no payment required.
• Paid plans: Paid subscription plans are available and processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle of your chosen plan.
• Billing cycles: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, as selected) unless cancelled beforehand.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after that date.
• No refunds for partial periods: We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, unused time, or unused features.

Prices may be updated from time to time. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Continued use of a paid plan after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Submit or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, or that promotes or facilitates illegal activities.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or underlying structure of the Service.
• Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or other means to scrape, extract, or harvest data from the Service beyond what is permitted by normal, individual use.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the Service without our express written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of all project ideas, descriptions, and other input you submit to the Service, as well as the documentation generated from that input. You may use, modify, distribute, and commercialize your generated documentation freely.

License to us: By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and use that content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will never sell, share, or disclose your individual project content to third parties. However, we may derive and publish aggregated, anonymized statistics from usage patterns (e.g., "most users in 2026 built SaaS-type applications"). Such statistics will never contain personally identifiable information or content traceable to any individual user or project.

Our platform: The Service itself — including its software, interface, design, branding, prompts, and all underlying technology — is and remains the exclusive intellectual property of Erik Kubica NetLime. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to the platform beyond the right to use the Service as described herein.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All documentation produced by the Service is generated by artificial intelligence models and is provided for informational and planning purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information.
• We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any generated content.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and verifying all generated documentation before acting on it or incorporating it into any project or system.
• Generated content should not be treated as professional advice (legal, financial, technical, or otherwise).

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Service Availability

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and operational. However, we do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

10. Termination

Termination by us: We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms or that your use of the Service poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties.

Termination by you: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email to the address associated with your account before the new Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as clarifications or corrections) may take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel any active subscription before the changes take effect.
